The data displayed in the Holdings Summary provides a snapshot of institutional holdings and activity for a particular stock.  The institutional holdings summary data encompasses the holdings and change from most recent 13F filings.  The insider filer data counts the number of monthly positions over 3 month and 12 month time spans.  Summary data is calculated daily, using the most up to date information available.

Institutional Holdings

 
   
Total Number of Holders Total number of current holders listed in the report.  This number does not include holders that have sold out their positions.
   
Total Shares Held Sum of the shares held
   
% of Shares Outstanding Ratio of total shares held divided by the total shares outstanding of the selected issue.
   
Total Value of Shares held The sum of the shares held multiplied by the most recent closing price.
   
Number of Buyers The number of holders where the change in shares is greater than zero.
   
Number of Shares Bought The sum of the change in shares where the change in shares is positive
   
Number of Sellers The number of holders where the change in shares is less than zero.
   
Number of Shares Sold The sum of the change in shares where the change in shares is less than zero.
   
Number with Activity The number of holders where the change in shares is not zero.
   
Total Activity The sum of the absolute value change in shares where the change in shares is not zero.
   
Net Activity The product of the number of shares bought and number of shares sold.
   
Number of New Buyers Number of holders where the positive change in shares is equal to shares held
   
Total Proposed Sales (Shares) Sum of change in shares held where the positive change in shares is equal to shares held
   
Number of Closed Positions Number of holders where the shares held equal zero
   
Number of Shares
Closed Out 		Sum of change in shares held where the shares held equal zero.
Insider Form 4  
   
Total Number of Insider
Trades 		The total number of trades listed for the period.
   
Total Shares Traded The sum of the shares traded for the period.
   
Number of Buys The number of aggregate buy trades for the period. Trades are aggregated by the month that they occur and the transaction type.
   
Number of Shares Bought The sum of the shares bought for the period.
   
Number of Sells The number of sell trades for the period.
   
Number of Shares Sold The sum of the shares sold for the period.
   
Net Activity The product of the number of shares bought and number of shares sold for the period.
