Top
Institutional Holdings information is filed by major institutions on form 13-F with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Major institutions are defined as firms or individuals that exercise investment discretion, over the assets of others, in excess of $100 Million. Major institutions include financial holdings companies, banks, insurance companies, mutual fund managers, portfolio managers, self managed pension and endowment funds. The report is limited to equity securities, including common and equivalents, convertible preferred and convertible bonds. The report does not include fixed income, real estate, or cash equivalents. Reports are filed within 45 days after calendar quarter end with the vast majority of updates occurring near the 45th day of the quarter.

Institution Name The name of the institution reporting investment discretion over the security.
   
Report Date The effective date of the filing.13F documents are filed as of calendar quarter end.
   
Address & Phone Number The address and phone number of the institution.
   
Total Value ($Mil) The sum of the value of the all shares held.The total value is calculated by aggregating the value of each security held by the institution.This number is calculated using only priced securities.All prices are adjusted daily to reflect corporate actions, such as stock splits and mergers.
   
Turnover
(Mil Shares)
The sum of all activity.This is calculated by adding positive change in shares and the absolute value of negative change in shares. This value does not include intra-quarter trades.
   
Issuer Name The name of the corporation that issues the security.Security names are adjusted daily to reflect corporate name changes.
   
Class The security class description. Class descriptions are adjusted daily to reflect corporate name changes.
   
Value The value of the shares held.The value is calculated by multiplying the number of shares held by the most recent closing price of the security.All prices are adjusted daily to reflect corporate actions, such as stock splits and mergers.
   
Change The change in the value of shares of the security held by the institution.Change is calculated by subtracting the current value of shares held reported in the prior filing from the current value of shares in the current filing.A dash is displayed when change cannot be calculated due to the absence of a previous report.
   
% Change The percentage change in the value of shares of the security held by the institution.The percentage change is calculated by dividing the change in the value of shares by the value of shares held in the prior filing.A dash is displayed when the percentage change cannot be calculated due to the absence of a previous report.
   
No. of Shares The number of shares held of the security held by the institution.All shares held are adjusted daily to reflect corporate actions, such as stock splits, mergers and name changes.
